MEET BAILEY

Alongside planning weddings, I work as a consultant at a Big 4 firm, applying my Industrial & Systems Engineering degree from NC State to tackle complex business challenges. Planning my own wedding revealed that my favorite parts of consulting overlapped into another industry altogether. The same passion I have for structured project plans, financial forecasting models, creative design thinking, and building client relationships - just applied in a way that is truly impactful to the community and fulfilling for my heart (and a little less corporate).

That’s why I founded Modern Ivory Weddings: to support couples like us - busy individuals who have a desire that their wedding authentically reflects their relationship and allows them to be intentionally present in their moment. Blending my consulting and engineering expertise with a Type-A attention to detail and a genuine passion for bringing clients’ visions to life, I deliver a seamless, organized, and highly personalized planning experience for every event.
