Bailey Roche — Lead Planner & Creative Director

Before launching Modern Ivory Weddings, Bailey built her career as a consultant at a Big 4 firm, using her engineering background to solve complex business challenges with structure, strategy, and thoughtful leadership. When planning her own wedding, she discovered a natural intersection between her strengths in logistics and her love for design, leading to the creation of Modern Ivory Weddings.

Bailey’s approach is rooted in organization, collaboration, and aesthetic refinement — guiding couples through decisions with confidence, clarity, and a calm presence. Her goal is simple: to create a wedding experience that feels elevated, effortless, and entirely your own.

When she’s not planning weddings, Bailey can be found at Solidcore, snuggling her two kittens, or working on home projects with her husband.
